Juice+
Juice simmered down into jam: dense red fruit deepened by vetiver and patchouli into a dark marmalade.
Perfumer: Nathalie Benareau
Juice+ explores what strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb become when they are simmered down, and the brand likens the result to a deep, dense marmalade. Raspberry pulp and strawberry open sweet and tart, then Bulgarian rose and cyclamen arrive together with rhubarb. Placing rhubarb in the heart threads a green sourness through the floral sweetness, holding the tension of fruit still cooking down. The base pairs Amberwood with vetiver and patchouli: vetiver brings a dry, earthy root character, while patchouli adds damp soil and shaded wood, pulling the fruit into a lower, richer register. Its scent space is Bold, the brand's concept for a fragrance meant to make a more noticeable presence around the wearer. This is the jammiest, most grounded reading of Juice.
