Tudor Rose

Tudor Rose evokes the richer aroma of a wild garden filled with roses. Francis Kurkdjian combines Bulgarian damask rose and May rose with patchouli and fenugreek in the Burberry Signatures eau de parfum. Two floral expressions meet earthier and spicier textures, relating the flowers to the ground around them within the garden-inspired idea.

Bulgarian damask rose and May rose are paired with patchouli and fenugreek. The softer richness of the flowers meets the earthy texture of patchouli and the warmer, toasted spicy character of fenugreek. Those different sensations add drier detail and depth to the floral composition. Rose therefore gains another character from the contrast with earth and spice.
