Larmes du Désert
Incense and amber inspired by resin flowing from trees in the desert.
Perfumer: Marie Salamagne
Larmes du Désert, or “Tears of the Desert,” takes its name from resin flowing from trees in arid landscapes, imagined as golden tears. Inspired by Middle Eastern perfumery, it brings the smoke of incense together with amber and warm woods.
Incense, cypress and guaiac wood open the composition. Patchouli and cedarwood meet the resinous sweetness of benzoin, while labdanum and amber lend depth to the woody base.
