Wild Wonder Electric Whisper

Anna Sui's Wild Wonder is a 2024 collection of five fragrances, each meant to feel like slipping into a dream. Among the scenes the collection sets out is lightning that runs past like a whisper, and Electric Whisper carries that image in its name. Anna Sui Japan sums it up as free-spirited and juicy.

It opens with bright bergamot, the tart sweetness of blackcurrant and a small spark of pink pepper. At the heart, rose meets the juicy fruit of lychee and guava, while magnolia widens the floral outline.

Underneath, vetiver and patchouli lay down a dry, earthy ground, softened by the clear warmth of ambroxan and a touch of pink sugar. The fruit keeps its bounce, but the woods stop it from becoming simply sweet. It is classed as a floral fruity.
