Punk Romantic grows out of a blunt claim from Valentino: punk is romantic, and love keeps no rulebook. A rebellious word and a tender one share the name, and the perfume makes the same move with its materials.
Its core is a vanilla bean steeped with spices and resins, set against an olive wood accord. The wood's plain, unpolished character stops the vanilla from sliding into pure sweetness.
Black pepper oil opens with a quick bite. Juniper berry oil joins the olive wood accord in the heart. The base settles into Sandalwood Heart, Madagascar bourbon vanilla premium extract and musks. Classed as ambery woody, it shifts between darker and brighter passages before ending in a warm, sunlit depth.
