Sea of Green imagines the sea beyond a grassy forest. A clean aldehydic opening is brightened by grapefruit and mandarin, leading into a lighter floral character. The inspiration is an early morning walk beside the water, with cool sea air and the smell of earth close by.
Rose, muguet and violet form the middle. Their floral detail develops the airy coastal image, while the composition's greener aspects keep the forest present in the scene. The relationship between flowers and greenery is central to the idea, rather than an explicitly salty or seaweed-led accord.
Moss, sandalwood, musk and tonka make up the base. Soft wood and musk carry the floral middle into a more rounded finish, with moss adding a greener character and tonka bringing sweetness. Clean brightness, light flowers and softer woods each contribute to the landscape suggested by the name.
