Scent Development and Character
Spicy citrus and warm aromatics burst out at the start, quickly threaded with a luminous tuberose‑jasmine bouquet resting on smooth suede. As it develops, the leather facet grows darker yet polished, soaked in black vanilla, amber and modern musks over cypriol, guaiac and Virginia cedarwood. The overall impression is a bright yet shadowed spicy‑leathery composition, simultaneously sleek, resinous and gently gourmand, with a contemporary, unisex character.
Who It Is For and When to Wear It
Best suited to evening and special occasions, where its spicy leather and floral luminosity can unfold fully. In temperate to cooler weather it is rich and enveloping; in warm climates, lighter application highlights the grapefruit and florals while keeping the leather‑amber base in check. Most at home in autumn and winter, when its warm spices, suede, amber and woods feel cocooning; it can also work in cooler spring evenings with a lighter hand, but is generally too dense for peak summer heat. Sillage is Strong but controlled projection (estimated); the fragrance tends to form a pronounced aura in the first hours, then settles into a noticeable yet more intimate trail rather than an overpowering cloud. Longevity is Long‑lasting to very long‑lasting (estimated); the dense spice, leather, amber and woody base suggest extended wear on skin, often persisting well beyond a full working day with moderate application.
Perfumer and Bottle
Released in 2021, this is presented as Eau de Parfum and credited to Douglas Morel. Characteristic THoO Arts Collection bottle: rounded, egg‑like silhouette set on a flat base, with a patterned, painterly surface in warm, nuanced tones. For Neverending, the artwork reflects the scent’s luminous leather theme, giving an impression of flowing, infinite movement.
