La fille de Berlin

A blood-red, jammy rose cut through with icy pepper, La fille de Berlin wears like crimson velvet on skin—at once metallic, spicy and plush. As it settles, the rose deepens with subtle mossy and honeyed shadows, creating a dark, elegant trail that feels nocturnal, resilient and unapologetically intense.

Scent Development and Character

A saturated crimson rose dominates, sharpened by a cool, piquant pepper that lends a metallic, almost icy edge before softening into something velvety and jammy. The rose remains at the core as subtle green and balsamic undertones suggest moss, patchouli and honeyed warmth, giving the fragrance a dark, lacquered sheen rather than a gourmand thickness. On skin it feels linear yet faceted: a peppered, blood-red rose that moves from cutting and luminous to softly powdery and musky, evoking velvet, opera houses and a nocturnal, slightly dangerous elegance.

Who It Is For and When to Wear It
