Scent Development and Character
Vanille Soleil opens with a bright, airy impression of Madagascar vanilla illuminated by jasmine and ylang-ylang, giving the vanilla a light, sunlit sheen rather than heavy sweetness. A distinctive salty accord soon emerges, evoking a Mediterranean sea breeze that facets the vanilla with a gentle marine edge. As it settles, tonka bean and warm amber-musk nuances deepen the scent into a soft amber-floral veil, where vanilla returns in the base as a smooth, addictive refrain close to the skin.
Who It Is For and When to Wear It
Soft, luminous and non-heavy, Vanille Soleil functions as an easygoing wellbeing fragrance suited to daily wear at work or leisure. Its light vanilla and salty floral character make it particularly appealing in mild to warm weather, but its gentle amber base allows comfortable use in cooler seasons as well. Best applied in a few sprays over skin or clothing and refreshed during the day for a subtle, enveloping presence rather than strong projection. Wearable year-round, but the light vanilla, salty breeze and solar florals feel especially natural in spring and summer, while the soft amber-musk base also works gently in autumn and mild winter conditions. Sillage is Discrete sillage that stays close to the wearer, forming a subtle aura rather than projecting strongly into the room. Longevity is Short to moderate longevity, with the scent typically noticeable for about 3–4 hours on skin before becoming a soft skin scent.
