About Karine Dubreuil-Sereni

Karine Dubreuil-Sereni is a French perfumer who lets the brightness of fruit and flowers settle naturally onto skin through musk and woods. Lightness does not become thinness; a trace of bitterness or shadow remains inside familiarity.

Career

She trained in perfumery in Grasse and built fine-fragrance experience at houses including Roure, Colet, and Drom. Work with international brands was followed by independent practice. Knowledge of materials and diffusion developed in corporate laboratories is adapted to the different social distance required by each house.

Creative Style & Philosophy

Fruit retains the green bitterness of bud or peel instead of becoming confectionery, while florals are placed as translucent light. White musk works not only as cleanliness but as a thin membrane joining fruit and wood to skin. Diffusion is paced from a bright opening into a soft trail that moves with the wearer.

Signature Works

  • *Éclat d'Arpège* — Florals, fruit, and musk arranged as layers of pale light.
  • *Mûre et Musc Extrême* — Dark fruit, green bud, and white musk shaped into an adult skin scent.
