Beneath soft leaves, sharp thorns wait; flowers bloom with hunger and lure with fatal nectar. Dangerosa enters a realm of dangerous flora where beauty turns into irresistible danger, with rose at its centre. The sharpness of rose and the green bite of leaves carry that unsettling beauty.

It opens with the sharp brightness of elemi, Madagascan pink pepper and green Moroccan artemisia, before Bloody Rose unfolds beside Egyptian geranium. The brand explains that the geranium leaves, cultivated along the Nile Valley, are steam distilled in local distilleries, and that Egyptian geranium is prized for a greener, more aromatic character; here its crisp citrus-green facets brighten the rose. Osmanthus softens that edge with a velvety texture.

Deeper down, guaiacwood warms beneath resinous cistus and Somali olibanum, drawing the thorny flowers into the shade of the woods.
