RboW names its Case Study series after the close examination of an individual subject.

Geranium, cardamom, and orange blossom open the composition. The geranium reads green and leaf-like, the cardamom dry and spicy, and the orange blossom fills the space between them with sweetness. Despite the floral names, the opening sits closer to leaves and seed than to petals.

Rose, jasmine, and amyris form the heart. The two flowers add weight rather than brightness, while amyris runs a dry woody core through them. Sweetness stays in check, so flower and wood hold the same level instead of one covering the other.

Cedarwood, vetiver, and patchouli close it. Vetiver brings soil and a faint smoke, patchouli a damp heaviness, and both lean on the dry grain of cedar.

O.A.C is one of the Case Study eau de parfums, sold in a 30 ml bottle. Because flower, wood, and earth follow one another, it feels more grounded than a fragrance that opens on citrus. The center of gravity shows best worn close to the skin, later in the day rather than at its start.
