Le Vainqueur

Citrus and lavender evoke Corsican sea air, with ginger, woods and leather giving the composition depth.

RANCÉ 1795

Perfumer: Jean-Christophe Hérault

ル ヴァンクール 100mL ボトル

Le Vainqueur travels toward Corsica, Napoleon’s birthplace, and the winds of the Strait of Bonifacio. RANCÉ connects sea air with the reassuring depth of woods and leather, within its historical theme of victory. The official page credits the 2005 reformulation to Jean-Christophe Hérault.

Bergamot, tangerine and a marine accord create a bright Mediterranean opening. Lavender flower, ginger, nutmeg and geranium layer aromatic character with warm spices at the heart. Sandalwood, cedarwood, leather and musk give the fresh beginning a steadier woody finish.

The selected decorated 100mL bottle contains the eau de parfum. Its citrus, aromatic and leathery progression fits an outfit moving from daytime toward evening when freshness is wanted with more grounded substance.
