Hyperessence Matale explores black tea from Sri Lanka’s Matale region at a concentration of 30 percent. It evokes the refinement of a tea ceremony with deeper woody and leathery shades, sharing eight components with the related Eau Rare formula.
Bergamot, jasmine and mint brighten the black tea. Cedar and leather give it a drier depth, while smoky wood enhances the tea’s tannic character. Freshness meets a fuller, darker finish. The selected 100 mL bottle combines clear rectangular glass with a black cap and circular label.
