Bois Naufrage
Sea salt and fig tree suggest driftwood resting against warm skin.
Perfumer: Pierre Guillaume
A photograph of a nude against driftwood by Lucien Clergue provided the starting point for Bois Naufragé. Fig tree and salt evoke the contact between sea-washed wood and skin.
Egyptian salt crystals and fig tree form the central accord. Ambergris nuances, vetiver and a trace of mint bring brightness to the sea-touched woods, balancing a dry saline outline with a softer woody texture. The selected 100 mL bottle combines clear rectangular glass with a black cap and circular label.
