Hojicha × Oolong Tea
Roasted hojicha and floral oolong with soft woods and musk, suggesting the warmth of a cup held in both hands.
The warmth of holding a freshly poured cup in both hands shapes Hojicha × Oolong Tea, known as Ho Xiang. Two teas meet through their different roasting characters. Gentle caramel-like sweetness and traces of flowers appear within the toasted warmth.
Hojicha and green tea lead into jasmine, high mountain oolong, mate and violet leaf. Cedarwood and sandalwood bring warmth, supported by vetiver and musk. The composition carries the fragrance of roasted leaves and brighter flowers towards a calm woody finish.
Released in 2026 as part of the Goucha collection, it grew from collaboration with the Fukujuen CHA Research Center and includes an extract from Fukujuen green tea. It explores the meeting of Japanese and Taiwanese tea cultures through the comforting character of roasting.
