P.Seven
A Taiwanese perfume house carrying tea, landscapes and everyday human warmth into fragrance.
About P.Seven
P.Seven is a Taiwanese perfume house founded by tea master Pan Yu-Ching in 2012. It began with her wish to carry the fragrance left in a tea-smelling cup beyond the tea room and into everyday life.
History
The first fragrance, Taiwanese Tea Perfume, took Jin Xuan tea as its subject. P.Seven expanded to Nihonbashi in Japan in 2019. The Feng Cha collection followed in 2022, when Aged Tea received an Independent category award at the Art and Olfaction Awards. In 2026, collaboration with the Fukujuen CHA Research Center led to the Goucha collection, bringing Japanese and Taiwanese teas into new compositions.
Philosophy and Character
Tea varieties are starting points for a wider experience: the air of a plantation, people gathered around a pot, and aromas changing as time passes. The idea of Taiwan in a Bottle extends to the island's landscapes, everyday customs and human warmth. Rather than treating tradition as something fixed, the house finds new ways to carry its memories forward through scent.
Notable Fragrances
Taiwanese Tea Perfume explores the gentle character of Jin Xuan, Aged Tea the depth of long-matured tea, and Formosa Beau-Tea the qualities of Dongfang Meiren. Other creations turn towards Taiwanese forests, Indigenous cultures and the memories attached to particular places.
