L’Air du Temps Eau de Parfum expresses the idea of peace, love and freedom through a floral bouquet. Created in Paris in 1948, L’Air du Temps reflects the optimism of the period after the war. This eau de parfum offers a richer, more enveloping expression of the fragrance, with its spicy flowers and intertwined-dove bottle carrying the same hopeful theme.
Carnation supplies a clove-like spice at the top, alongside gardenia and the brighter impression of Italian bergamot. Centifolia rose and Grasse jasmine make up the floral heart. Mysore sandalwood and iris form the base, surrounding the bouquet with a smoother woody texture and powdery softness. The flowers have both a gentler character and a more defined spicy outline.
Try it when you want spice and powder around a softer bouquet, or with a quieter, more considered outfit. The 100mL glass bottle has twisting curves that reveal golden liquid inside, above a thick clear base. Two white doves intertwine over a gold-coloured neck, their spread wings reflecting the fragrance’s themes of peace and love.
