Black Afgano takes the aroma of fine hashish and the idea of temporary bliss as its subjects. Bitter green impressions meet dense resins and smoke reminiscent of oud and incense. Dry tobacco and a roasted, coffee-like bitterness accompany the warm sweetness of amber. Sharp greenness remains part of the composition alongside the weight of woods and resins, giving the dark character a distinctive contrast. Black liquid is held in clear glass beneath a burnt-oak cap, translating that forceful aesthetic into the bottle. It was released in 2009 as an extrait de parfum.
