Serial Player
Bursting lychee and orange blossom, warmed by bright natural vanilla as dusk falls.
Perfumer: Daniela Andrier
As dusk approaches, a sun glowing bright red warms a freezing sky with colour. Serial Player lives in that brief changeover from cold to warm.
It opens with lychee, fresh to the point of bursting: clear, watery sweetness, like fruit just peeled. Orange blossom melts into it, its bright white-flower sweetness meeting the juiciness of the fruit and turning it playful.
Top and heart are kept simple, and natural vanilla wraps around them. It warms the whole without becoming a heavy dessert, keeping a light, playful brightness, so the result is surprisingly understated yet still alluring. The care that went into it never shows on the surface, and that ease is its charm.
