Pierre Noire imagines a cold, dark volcanic rock in a lunar landscape. Smoky and metallic nuances give the scene an outline, while erosion, time and silence shape its atmosphere. Dry wood and spice translate the harder mineral idea into a more textured fragrance.
Madagascan black pepper, a mineral accord and nutmeg create the opening. Caribbean rum, Sri Lankan Ceylon tea and French cade follow in the heart, adding a softer sweetness and smoke. American cedar, Haitian vetiver and Ambroxan form the base, giving the drier wood more depth.
Try it with a neat jacket when a mineral impression should add character, or while exploring smoky wood with restrained sweetness. This extrait de parfum was introduced in 2026.
