Cardamom, ginger, pink pepper, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove: Spicydelice opens on this bouquet of spices. The contrast between cool and warm spices gives the scent its structure, the spices answering one another before settling into a round, generous body.
It is perfumer Marine Ipert's tribute to a grandmother who came from Algeria, whose generously spiced cooking passed on the full richness of Ipert's origins. The spices here are tied to that kitchen.
Davana essence brings a floral, liqueur-like brightness, a facet as masculine as it is feminine, lighting up the dance of spices. Vanilla absolute softens their bite with sweetness and gives the whole a gentle roundness.
