According to Alexandra Carlin, the scent of Galant de Nuit swings between jasmine and tuberose: a fruity, green freshness reminiscent of Egyptian jasmine, joined by the milky roundness and spiced sensuality of tuberose.
Bloomastral is a tribute to that flower. Galant de Nuit releases its scent only after nightfall, when generous clusters of white blossoms open into something powerful, heady, intriguing and opulent. Over that image lies an evocation of festive evenings on the French Riviera.
The keys are jasmine grandiflorum, osmanthus and sandalwood. The subject blooms only in the dark, yet the family is a solar floral, and the composition is meant to stay with its wearer by day and by night: a night flower carried out into daylight.
