Terre d’Inde
Bitter orange and orris move into saffron, incense, turmeric and warm woody leather, evoking the Indian landscape.
Terre d’Inde draws on India’s landscapes and the quieter impressions of nature. Light on morning dew gives way to warmer golden tones and a sense of connection with the earth. The fragrance treats travel as an opportunity to discover those changing impressions.
Bitter orange, orris and geranium establish a brighter citrus-floral outline. Saffron, incense and turmeric bring warmer spice and smoke into the heart. Sandalwood, amber and leather form the base, leaving a drier woody texture alongside the softer impression of leather.
Consider it for an outing in sunlight or when citrus should also carry warm spice and wood. The fragrance was introduced in 2024. Its illustrated current extrait de parfum is the 50mL presentation, with white rounded glass, a golden cylindrical cap and a small metal nameplate.
