Rose par Essence explores the greener brightness and slightly metallic outline of rose essence. Serge de Oliveira composed it in 2020 as part of the search for an ideal rose. The eau de parfum emphasizes the clearer, more luminous character of the essence alongside the softer presence of petals.
Bergamot essence and citrus provide a bright beginning. Blue chamomile and Turkish rose essence place aromatic greenery beside softer petals in the heart. Ambrox, musk and sandalwood connect the flowers with clearer woods and a skin-like texture, allowing the greener brightness to settle more gently.
The selected 100mL flacon gives the composition a tangible presence. The rounded glass bottle carries an R monogram and decorative tassels around its neck. A neat shirt or a sunny daytime setting suits its brighter rose. Greenery, citrus and the restrained woody finish offer a clearer texture around the floral center.
