Musk

Musk takes white musk with an icing-sugar quality as its subject. The house imagines white jasmine tea and a lychee sorbet, suggesting a softly sweet, clean scene to enjoy in both winter and summer. Arnaud Poulain and Amélie Bourgeois created this 2020 eau de parfum in the Superfluide collection.

Aldehydes, neroli and ambrette give the opening brightness and a gentle musky quality. Rose, iris and violet add fine powdery flowers in the heart. Benzoin, white musk and Ambroxan leave rounded resin and a smooth clean finish. Its sweetness is expressed through powder and soft fabric associations rather than a heavy dessert character.

Fine gold detailing and a square black cap complete the black cylindrical 100mL bottle. It offers a gentle daytime musk when softness feels appealing across the seasons.
