Oud Bouquet

Oud Bouquet combines deep oud with the fuller sweetness of rose and praline. Created by Fabrice Pellegrin for the 2024 Absolue Les Parfums collection, this eau de parfum draws on summer nights at Domaine de la Rose. It brings softer flowers around the darker, warmer character of oud. The perfumer wanted a gourmand interpretation of the wood, with a richer rose suggesting brown sugar and a praline texture enveloping its depth.

Centifolia rose carries brighter petals with honey-like and pear-like fullness. Oud wood adds strength, warmer animalic character and spice, while the praline accord suggests almond, hazelnut and caramel in a denser sweetness. Within the Halo construction, rose forms the centre of these elements. Its floral brightness, darker wood and rounded praline sweetness work together, preserving a deeper woody presence within the softer texture.

The selected cylindrical 100mL bottle shows amber-orange liquid under a gold-coloured cap. A round plaque names the product and brand, while the thick glass base contains a rose motif.
