A woman walks from Place Vendôme to rue de la Paix, leaving opulent white flowers in her wake. That Parisian scene gives Gardez-Moi its setting.
Bertrand Duchaufour built a generous gardenia around ylang-ylang, mimosa and jasmine. Green tomato leaf, cyclamen and the brightness of aldehydes meet black pepper and coriander, setting freshness and spice against the volume of the flowers.
Red-fruit facets, resinous styrax, cedarwood and oakmoss add further shading. Musk and vanilla bring softness around a composition that keeps the presence of white flowers connected to the sharper character of leaves and spices.
