Figueres
Unripe fig and grapefruit meet hedione, softer amber and musk in a tribute to Figueres.
Perfumer: Aistis Mickevičius
Figueres takes its name from the Catalan town associated with Salvador Dalí. The fragrance links that place and its fig trees with fruit that is still ripening, exploring a more tart and greener character. Created by Aistis Mickevičius in 2016, it approaches this subject with a more minimal composition.
Wild fig and grapefruit combine softer fruit with greener acidity and a bitter citrus edge. Hedione gives the heart a more transparent floral breadth. White amber, vanilla, ambergris and white musk form a warmer, smoother foundation, placing restrained sweetness around the brighter fruit without replacing its greener character.
Consider it for daytime walks or everyday clothing when green fruit should gain softer musk. This is an editorial wearing suggestion. The illustrated 50mL Parfum has clear rectangular glass, a black cylindrical cap, black product lettering, white rear branding and a thicker glass base.
