Blondine

Frassaï's Blondine imagines the journey of a fairy-tale princess through a meeting of flowers and sweets. Left in an enchanted forest, she becomes absorbed in the flowers, filling her hat and pockets as she wanders farther from home. The house tells her adventure as a story of courage and hope.

Perfumer Yann Vasnier brings together green mandarin and pear leaves with tiger lily and ashok flower. Salted butter caramel, cocoa and tonka bean suggest the warmth of confectionery, while blond musks and castoreum add a softer, sensual shade. Floral freshness and gourmand sweetness share the composition, giving the imagined forest its inviting, slightly mysterious character.
