Bianchi began The Code of Emotion with her interest in how perfume can prompt an emotional response. She introduced mango-led tropical fruit into a recognizable fougere structure, seeking familiarity together with surprise.
Bergamot and pink pepper lead to fruit, lavender and geranium. Sandalwood, cedar, oakmoss and vetiver supply the foundation. Aromatic greenness gives the juicy fruit a structured setting, keeping the composition connected to its fougere starting point.
