Tuberose in Silk
Cooler camphor, iris and orange blossom lead to richer tuberose and softer resinous warmth.
Perfumer: Penny Ellis
Tuberose in Silk connects the purity and more sensual richness of tuberose through a silk-like impression. Natural tuberose absolute contributes to its fuller portrayal of a night-blooming flower. Created by Penny Ellis, the Eau de Parfum was introduced in 2020.
Bergamot, orange blossom and iris meet the cooler impression of camphor. Tuberose and jasmine expand at the heart, with pink pepper adding a smaller spicy accent. Benzoin, musk and amber give the finish warmer support, linking greener freshness with softer, more enveloping flowers.
Consider it when richer white flowers should retain a cooler edge and a gentler finish. The Japanese house suggests spring wear. The illustrated 100mL bottle has rectangular clear glass, a gold cap and a grey-green label. Pale amber liquid and a thick clear base remain visible.
