Malmaison Encore recalls the Malmaison carnation, fashionable in late-nineteenth-century buttonholes and elegant vases. Restrictions affecting the original ingredients led the perfumery team to create a contemporary interpretation of that earlier fragrance’s spirit. The illustrated presentation is the Eau de Parfum revived within the 2024 Ledger Series.
Warmer cinnamon and clove meet brighter lemon. Malmaison carnation, rose and ylang-ylang create a fuller floral heart. Cedar, musk, patchouli and vanilla add drier wood, softer texture and gentler sweetness beneath the flowers and spice.
