サンタ カーザ 100mL ボトル

Santa Casa takes inspiration from the sacristy drawers of the basilica at Loreto in the Marche, Filippo’s home region. The remembered smell of candles and their smoke connects the sacred space with an extrait de parfum built around sweeter wood and resin, tobacco, flowers and a marine impression.

Vanilla, sandalwood, ambrette, benzoin, amber and musk form the subject; marine notes, tobacco and Rosa gallica the counter-subject; orange, bergamot and incense the tail. Sweeter resin and softer wood surround tobacco’s drier texture, while rose, a marine impression and citrus bring different kinds of brightness.

Consider it when sweet wood and resin should also carry a quieter suggestion of smoke and tobacco. The cylindrical 100mL glass bottle has an ornate black-and-gold label beneath a gold-coloured sculptural hand cap. Extended fingers and a ring shape its connection with the basilica.
