10019 Wonders
A tribute to Bergdorf Goodman, combining almond, dates and caramel with orange blossom, cocoa and vanilla.
Perfumer: Jordi Fernández
10019 Wonders is a softly sweet tribute to Bergdorf Goodman in New York. Created by Jordi Fernández and introduced in 2019, EX NIHILO’s eau de parfum takes its number from the ZIP code of the department store. Almond meets dates and caramel, with orange blossom bringing a softer floral setting. Cocoa and vanilla add deeper sweetness, for someone who enjoys confection-like richness with flowers around it.
Almond contributes a softer, more nutty character beside the denser fruit sweetness of dates and the warmth of caramel. Orange blossom brings a brighter floral texture into that sweet setting, connecting nuts, fruit and confectionery associations with a softer sense of openness. Cocoa adds a deeper, more bittersweet facet, while smoother vanilla supports the richer sweetness. The different sweet characters of almond, dates and caramel share the composition with flowers, cocoa and vanilla. The idea of New York seen from Paris gains a warmer, sweeter expression, with the more composed floral texture giving the gourmand materials another dimension.
Try it for shopping on a day with a cooler breeze, or an afternoon at a café. A softer knit or coat in quieter colours can meet the warmth of almond and vanilla. The selected 100mL bottle combines clear rectangular glass with a gold-toned cap carrying a lattice-like pattern. A gold label on the front uses overlapping geometric frames around the fragrance name. Its transparent body and thicker glass base give the quieter gold details space to stand out, keeping the shape composed while allowing the finer decoration to add a little richness.
