Elixir
Iris inspired by Lebanon meets neroli and mandarin above deeper myrrh, benzoin and ambery woods.
Perfumer: Aurélien Guichard, Jérôme di Marino
Elixir translates the varied surfaces of haute couture into a layered fragrance. Aurélien Guichard and Jérôme di Marino created it in 2023, drawing inspiration from an iris associated with Lebanon’s cedar region. A quieter floral texture meets warmer resins, while an exclusive love-themed accord forms part of the fragrance’s creative story.
Mandarin and neroli provide a brighter citrus opening before the softer, powdery iris centre. Myrrh and benzoin add a rounded resinous texture beside ambery woods. The floral impression is therefore supported by warmth and depth, rather than relying only on a lighter transparent character.
The selected 100mL faceted bottle combines a rounded shape with a gold cap. Its softer iris and warmer resins suit a considered outfit or an evening occasion that welcomes a more settled fragrance.
