Persephone's Patchouli
Cardamom, plum and pomegranate open onto flowers and clean patchouli, with honey and softer woods interpreting Persephone and the changing seasons.

Persephone's Patchouli draws on the myth in which Persephone's return to the surface brings the warmer months. Introduced in 2022, it was created as a pair with Patchouli of the Underworld. Christian Provenzano approaches the shared patchouli subject through a cleaner, more open character, using fruit and flowers to suggest the abundance of nature as the seasons change.
Guatemalan cardamom meets plum and the idea of six pomegranate seeds before a heart of patchouli, Egyptian jasmine and Bulgarian rose. Honey, sandalwood, cedar and ambergris bring sweetness and softer wood to the base. In his own explanation, the perfumer also mentions a touch of coffee alongside honey, adding a quieter gourmand accent around the flowers and patchouli.
Try it for a spring outing or when you want patchouli accompanied by softer fruit and flowers. The 100mL bottle combines thick teal-coloured glass with a rose-gold-coloured cap and shoulders. A teal circular medallion bears the eagle and fragrance name, while the pale liquid in the centre contrasts with the deeper colour of the glass below.
