Oud Storm takes its inspiration from storms where yellow whitlow grass grows. The Burberry Signatures eau de parfum relates the force of nature to the contrast between spices and deeper woods. Dry stimulation and weightier woody texture express the landscape, giving black pepper, cardamom and oud different roles within that botanical idea.
Black pepper and cardamom oil are highlighted by oakwood and oud. The drier bite of pepper meets the aromatic quality of cardamom, while the woods add a more grounded depth. These materials therefore create a contrast between a sharper spicy outline and fuller wood. The composition retains both textures rather than reducing its character to a single dark woody impression.
