Sakura Imperial
Japanese cherry blossom meets chamomile and warm woods, with apple and blackcurrant blossoms extending the spring landscape.
Perfumer: Lucien Ferrero
Sakura Imperial
Sakura Imperial imagines a journey into Japanese cherry blossom through a balance of different materials. Lucien Ferrero’s 2020 eau de parfum connects soft flowers with warm woods, giving its spring landscape more than fleeting lightness.
Italian lemon, chamomile flowers, Madagascar cypress, and black pepper make a bright opening. Cherry blossom joins salicylates, apple blossom, jasmine, and blackcurrant blossom in the heart. Sandalwood, tonka bean, and raspberry blossom provide a reassuring base around the flowers.
A clear 100 mL bottle combines a white label with a black cap. The floral and woody balance suits a slow afternoon walk or a quiet day when flowers and their surrounding landscape are equally appealing.
