Smile

Smile began as a perfume Anaïs Cresp asked her father to make when she was young, a fragrance that would belong to her alone. Olivier Cresp combined sage, bergamot and raspberry to capture joy she could carry through life. After keeping it for herself for years, she chose to share it more widely.

Sage and bergamot provide the opening, raspberry the heart, and musk the base. Herbal greenery and citrus brightness bring out the sweet-tart character of the fruit. Musk adds a softer touch, suggesting a lively berry fragrance rather than the density of a thick jam.

It can fit an ordinary outing or a day when choosing light, cheerful clothes feels right. The combination is worth exploring for someone who enjoys berries alongside herbs. Released in 2024, Smile is an eau de parfum by Olivier Cresp. The illustrated 100mL bottle has rounded transparent glass shoulders and a black cap.
