Forzapura
The tension of an athlete entering the arena, as thought gives way to instinct: grapefruit, mint and spice lead through black tea and rose to woods and an animalic accord.
Forzapura captures the instant before a race: footsteps, steady breathing, a controlled heartbeat beginning to quicken. Agatho Parfum describes a movement that starts out reasoned and grows ever more instinctive until only the drive towards the finish remains, and the fragrance follows that same shift from mind to body.
Grapefruit, hot spices and mint open the scent, joining bitter citrus and cool mint with a flash of heat that the house calls the sharpness of focus. The heart holds black tea, caraway, centifolia rose, elemi, labdanum and litsea cubeba: dry tea leaves, rose and resinous weight beside the lemony brightness of litsea, adding floral and resinous softness to the tense scene.
Cedar, sandalwood and an animalic accord form the base. Firm and smooth woods meet a darker, skin-like shading, leading to a woody, powerful trail. The coolness of mint and the heat of spice lead into woody and animalic warmth.
