Rose
Softer rose meets green tea and citrus, with freesia, violet and musk giving the flowers a gentler setting.
Perfumer: Dora Baghriche
Rose explores the flower’s associations with affection and romance through the freshness of a cologne. Dora Baghriche gives the softer floral character a lighter and more transparent setting. The eau de cologne joined 4711’s Floral Collection in 2019.
Green tea, mandarin and bergamot create a brighter, fresher opening. Rose develops at the heart with freesia and violet, giving the flowers both a more transparent expression and gentler powder-like detail. Sandalwood and musk support the drydown with smoother textures around the floral character. The composition retains the lighter direction of citrus and tea while moving toward a softer impression of rose, keeping freshness and roundness together.
Try it for an afternoon meeting with someone or a quieter time in a room with flowers. The selected 100mL clear glass bottle uses deeper pink accents around a detailed gold-and-black label. A neck strip bearing the rose name and a gold-toned cap give the lighter floral character a warmer visual setting.
