About Dora Baghriche
Dora Baghriche is an Algiers-born principal perfumer at dsm-firmenich, based in Paris. Writing was her first love and she once imagined becoming an international reporter; that literary instinct now informs how she builds fragrance.
Career
Both of her grandmothers were pastry chefs, making pine-nut cream, cinnamon, and almonds foundational scent memories. Experiences across the Mediterranean, Asia, New York, and Italy widened her creative frame, and she was appointed principal perfumer in 2024.
