Floral Fields of Ireland
Citrus meets Black Wood Mimosa and white flowers, inspired by an Irish meadow and supported by softer woody warmth.
Perfumer: Nelly Hachem-Ruiz
Floral Fields of Ireland imagines an Irish meadow filled with wild flowers. Nelly Hachem-Ruiz centres the eau de cologne on Black Wood Mimosa, bringing a fuller floral expression to the landscape. Introduced in 2019, the Acqua Colonia Intense fragrance uses the accord’s green, watery-violet and honey-like character to connect the colours of the meadow with scent.
Mandarin and lemon meet the softer floral character of osmanthus at the opening. Black Wood Mimosa develops at the heart with orange blossom and jasmine, creating a more varied bouquet. Operanid, sandalwood and cedarwood support the drydown, surrounding the brighter flowers with gentler woody warmth. The composition moves from clearer citrus toward a richer floral setting, with softer wood underneath.
Try it for a walk beside flowering paths or a morning when you choose clothes in paler colours. The selected 100mL bottle has relief-patterned clear glass with a pink and deeper red label. A red neck strip, gold-toned cap and decorated shoulders sit above a thicker glass base, giving the flowers a warmer visual setting.
