Noble Rose
Damask rose essence and absolute meet woods and sweeter lokum, exploring a contrast of fresher petals and richer floral warmth.
Perfumer: Alexandra Monet
Noble Rose explores the richer world of Asia Minor through the varied character of rose. Alexandra Monet takes the flower as the centre of a more contrasting composition, joining brighter petals with greater depth. The eau de parfum launched online in 2023, with specialist retail distribution following in 2024.
Wild rose petals meet bergamot and blackcurrant at the opening. Damask rose essence and absolute develop together at the heart, giving the flower both a fresher expression and a warmer, fuller texture. Guaiac wood adds a more woody dimension around the rose. A lokum accord, cedar essence and musk support the drydown, connecting softer confectionery sweetness with a drier woody contour. The relationship leaves room for different floral textures within a more rounded setting.
Try it for a day in a room with fresh flowers or an afternoon gathering. The selected 100mL black Molanus bottle has detailed relief decoration with a label framed in gold. Its quieter black and gold presentation surrounds the brighter flowers and richer sweetness with a more restrained visual character.
