As a bold statement against the 92 million tons of waste generated annually by the beauty industry, the brand utilized Givaudan's cutting-edge upcycling technology. Ingredients that would normally be discarded as animal feed or fuel—such as apple pomace from the juice industry and exhausted rose petals—were given a second life through a double extraction process.

The result is completely contrary to its shocking name. The opening bursts with the hyper-realistic, juicy tartness of windfallen green apples, elevated by the zesty bitterness of upcycled green tangerine. As the fragrance develops, delicate Gariguette strawberry and a creamy rose neo-absolute emerge, bringing a velvet-like texture. Finally, the dry down reveals a remarkably clean, musky finish anchored by upcycled Atlas cedarwood and Akigalawood.
