Apsu
Green leaves, white tea and a soft, warm base give freshness a quiet shape.
Perfumer: Frank Voelkl
The brand links the name apsu to “fresh water” in mythology, and uses that image to shape a fragrance of clear, leafy freshness. Its stated aim of bringing minimalism and freshness together comes through in the spare movement between green notes, tea and flowers. Crunchy greens, cilantro and violet leaves open alongside bergamot. White tea follows with dewy jasmine petals, water lily, pimento berries and iris, giving the watery impression a floral edge and a touch of spice. White musk, cedar wood, amber and frankincense form a smooth, gently warm base beneath the greenery. It is an appealing choice when you want a green scent with a softer finish.
