The pairing of sweet-tart cassis and leafy basil gives Cassis & Basil its character. Bergamot adds freshness, while the herb’s green edge balances the fruit’s sweetness. That combination gives the lively opening a distinctly botanical impression. Rose, lavender and jasmine add a floral passage before amber, cedarwood and musk bring a warmer finish. The fragrance moves beyond its initial freshness to a calmer depth. Introduced as a perfume in 2024 after the oil of the same name, it comes in a bottle with a cork cap and fabric label, carrying the pairing into a spray format.
