Laila's solid perfume expresses piacere, the Italian idea of pleasure. Green mandarin and bergamot join desert rain accord, bringing an earthy impression of rain meeting dry ground. Jasmine nectar, lily of the valley and cardamom blossom introduce a softer floral character, before toasted vanilla, white woods and golden amber form a warm foundation. The pleasure of sweetness is accompanied by the different textures of flowers and earth. The smooth, alcohol-free balm is applied directly to skin with a fingertip. A 4.25 g round container and vegan suede pouch make this a portable way to enjoy the fragrance through a more tactile application.
