Pomme Cannelle

Pomme Cannelle brings apple, cinnamon and brandy together in the image of a traditional sweet dessert. Created through the collaboration of Mayumi Nakada and chocolatier Koji Tsuchiya, it belongs to the collection devoted to chocolate to wear. Fresh, delicate apple meets the warmer weight of cinnamon.

Green apple, apple, lemon and butter open the perfume. The brightness of fruit is rounded by a buttery character. Cinnamon, salt, brandy, brown sugar, apricot, milk and cacao form the heart, surrounding the depth of spice and spirits with fruit and sweeter materials. This gives the dessert imagery a range of textures.

Chocolate, coarse sugar, musk and vanilla appear in the base. Chocolate is framed as a hidden touch behind the apple and cinnamon. The composition moves from fresh fruit toward the rounded sweetness of sugar and vanilla, while retaining the lighter character of apple within its warm, dessert-like setting.
